Pricing
You'll pay a maximum of 10% of your total quarterly funding package towards care managment fees under the Support at Home program.
What it covers: Care management fees pay for your provider to develop your care plan, coordinate your services, help manage your budget, coordinate your services and complete regular check in and review your progress towards your goals.
Support at Home has removed upfront package management fees, which were previously as much as 15% of your total funding package.
What's new: You no longer have to pay this charge, which means you'll have more funding for your care services. And any admin & compliance fees will only be charged on services you use, under the new all-inclusive hourly service costs.
You now pay an all-inclusive hourly rate, which included he costs of service delivery and all associated fees & charges.
What it covers: Your fees cover the cost of services as well as any government compliance and administration required. This user-pays system means admin fees only apply on the services you use.
At Harbour At Home, we pay all our support workers under the industry SCHADS Award, to ensure they receive fair pay for the amazing work they do each day in the community.
We follow the highest standards in quality, financial care, privacy and quality standards, ensuring you and your loved ones are always protected and receive exceptional service.
Our people enjoy all annual leave, personal & sick leave entitlements and we provide relevant contributions towards their future through superanuations payments.
We cover our team's travel time and mileage between clients’ homes, so they are fully reimbursed for their travel expenses.
We invest in our people to ensure your service quality through training & upskilling programs. We also engage our team to attend relevant meetings to improve team connection and client servicing. Break times are a given!
