The cost of our service will depend on a client’s program and funding package. For some programs there may be a small gap payment, while for other programs there may be none. We can guarantee that unlike other Home Care providers we have no hidden extra fees. Our Care team works with you to build a schedule with choice and options. We do this by working with you to build a roster, that suit you and your family best, in line with home care worker availability.
We at HSS, know how important consistency and regularity is to how you receive your home care services. This is why we work with you to find the right Home Care worker, one which you can build rapport and how is best suited to undertake your home care requirements. Our Care team also work with you to build a schedule by giving your choice and options. We do this by working with you to build a roster, that suit you and your family best, in line with home care worker availability.
Once a roster has been worked out, we will provide this to you on a regular basis, so you know who is coming and when.

Yes! Here at New South Wales HSS unlike other providers, we don’t believe in national call centres. When you call us, you are put through to our local team of Care Managers who will be happy to chat.
