Step 1

Check eligibility

Anyone aged 65+ or 50+ with an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander background may be eligible for CHSP funding. Carer’s needing respite can also receive funds for extra help at home.

Step 2

Get an assessment

You’ll need to register with My Aged Care
to request an in-home assessment.

Step 3

Get services started

If approved, you will be provided with service codes, which you’ll need to share with your service provider. Simply reach out to Harbour At Home and we’ll help you get services moving right away!
