Step 1

Understand eligibility

All veterans and war widows are eligible to receive Veterans Home Care Services. You’ll simply need an assessment.

Step 2

Arrange assessment

Contact the Mid North Coast regional assessment agency on 0243 110 200.
The assessor will call to discuss and identify any services you may need

Step 3

Home visit

If approved, a service plan is sent to Harbour At Home as your provider, with all your approved services & any co-payment you need to make.

Step 4

Get started

Once contacted by the VHC agency, we will be in touch to arrange for your services to begin.
