If you’ve been approved for a Home Care Package between 12 September 2024 and 30 June 2025, you’re considered a transitional participant in the new Support At Home scheme.

This means your care and package will be provided under the current rules of the Home Care Package system, and then will automatically transition to the new rules under Support At Home, beginning 1 July 2025.
