If you’ve been approved for a Home Care Package before 12 , you’re considered a grandfathered participant in the new Support At Home scheme.

The good news is that your funding level and support will remain largely the same even when the new Support At Home system begins on 1 July 2025. At this item, you will be automatically transitioned to to the new scheme.
