Harbour At Home is proud to announce that we have been awarded the Excellence in Business Award at the 2025 Coffs Coast Business Awards.

It reflects a year of enormous effort, growth, and commitment to delivering outstanding local care.
Over the past 12 months, aged care providers across Australia have grappled with uncertainty from the upcoming Support at Home reforms, workforce shortages, and increasing demand.
Harbour At Home set out with a clear goal: to not only meet these challenges but to lead the way.
In the last year, we achieved significant milestones across client services, workforce growth, and reform readiness.
Securing a Commonwealth Home Support Programme grant allowed us to more than double our Domestic Assistance program, meaning we could support hundreds more seniors across the Coffs Harbour region than ever before.
Our team also grew by more than 50 percent, with more than half our workforce employed permanently in a sector where most home care providers use contracted workers.
General Manager Graham Shanahan said the award is a testament to the dedication of the entire Harbour At Home team.
